By downloading or using Feynman, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use the app for your own personal learning purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise commercialise any part of the app or its content.
Feynman is an iOS application that helps you understand documents and notes using AI. Features include AI-powered explanations, flashcard generation, and quizzes.
Feynman creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may optionally sign in with Apple to link your account to your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, auto-renew at the end of each billing period, and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
You agree not to use Feynman to:
You retain ownership of any notes or content you create in the app. By using the AI features, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Feynman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. AI responses should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is effective immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
